100 day UI Challenge - Sign Up

Made this as part of the 100 day UI challenge. In this one I had to come up with a Sign Up form, and I could do it however I wanted to (web page, modal pop-up on website, phone app, etc.) and I chose to try out a phone sign up for... some app.

I'm not going to upload the UI from every challenge every day. Mostly the ones I like the most.

For those who don't know what the 100 day UI challenge is about:

The 100 day UI challenge is a challenge where you sign up for an e-mail service with your email, and you receive a prompt once every day that you can interpret and design however you want.
